TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration information will be sent out at the start of each term and all fees must be paid before the deadline stated else a late fee will be applied. Payments can be made in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer.
If you wish to leave the school, half a term’s notice is needed. If the notice is not given, you may be liable to half a term’s fees. Should the student choose to leave part way through the term, no refund will be given unless in exceptional circumstances as judged by Principal Katie.

No refund or discount will be given in the case of absence from classes, minor illnesses, COVID isolations, holidays or appointments.

In the event of teacher illness, severe weather or unforeseen venue closure, a credit will be given however, where possible, alternative arrangements will be made to make up for the lesson time that has been missed.

It is requested that once a class has begun, all parents leave the studio. This is to reduce any distraction and ensure that every child gets as much out of the class as possible. Parents and guardians are welcome to re-enter the studio once the teacher has indicated the class has finished. This does not include Magical Movers sessions.

First aid will be administered by a trained first aider in the event of a medical emergency. Any inhalers and epipens should be passed over to the teacher at the start of the class.

In order to keep our records up to date, it is important that parents and guardians keep us updated with any changes to the following:

Change in contact number/s

Change in medical history or allergies

Changes in preferences to photos and social media

Parts of the data you have provided on this form will be securely shared with the IDTA when applying for exams, competitions and any other relevant events. If your child would like to perform in a school show, this information will also be used to obtain the correct licensing.

In line with GDPR, the school would like to ensure you that all your data is stored securely and you will only ever be contacted about payments, class information, opportunities for your child or in an emergency. No third party will ever contact you. If you choose to leave the school, your data will be destroyed.
OTHER
Mobile phones are not allowed in the studio.
Some of the information provided in registration will be shared with the IDTA to enter students into examinations.
Physical contact between students and staff will be kept to a minimum however there needs to be an understanding by parents that occasionally contact is needed to improve a child's technique or to help with a movement.
