welcome to
SPELLBOUND
here you can find out more about classes and our school in general...we love welcoming new students
who are we & what do we do
Spellbound Academy of Dance was founded by Principal Miss Katie Harcourt in September 2020. We first opened our doors in Leamington Spa and Rugby offering 9 weekly classes across 3 days. We are now proud to offer over 30 weekly classes 6 days a week! Spellbound is a busy and developing school with over 120 students taking classes on a weekly basis with 5 teachers leading them.

At the heart of Spellbound is our motto, a place for everyone to dance! We believe that everyone should be able to access high quality dance training in a fun and inclusive environment. Across the school, opportunities are offered to everyone no matter their previous experience and grade. We don't hold auditions for any of our opportunities - they are truly for everyone!

Throughout the year, we offer our students a wide range of opportunities including:
-
IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) examinations
-
Annual show in a professional theatre
-
Local performances in the community
-
School trips (MOVE IT, theatre trips etc)
-
Competitions for those who wish to take part
Students at Spellbound are encouraged to be involved as much or as little as they like.

New students are always welcome at Spellbound and we love meeting all the new faces who come through our doors!

TEACHERS
our dedicated teaching team love passing on their knowledge and expertise...
-
When can I join?New students are welcome to join Spellbound Academy of Dance at any point in the year. There are some exceptions to this including just before a performance or examination session.
-
Do I have to stay with my child during their class?Parents are not required to stay on site for their child's class including Magical Movers. This helps our students to concentrate on their learning and minimise distrubition at the beginning and end of our session.
-
How do I pay for my classes? After your free trial session, you will be invited to create an account on our Parent Portal and register for the reminder of the term. Once you have registered, an invoice will be issued to you detailing the payment details and term dates. Payments are accepted online, via bank transfer or through cash and cheque.
-
Do you offer any discounts? We offer a multi-class discount when 3 classes or more are taken within a family. This will be applied directly to you invoice.
